Minimum of 3 years of Human Resources experience in a manufacturing/maquiladora environment, including the following processes:- Recruitment for administrative positions, including management-level roles.
- Compensation surveys and job performance- Employee retention programs and talent development initiatives.
- Labor relations management.
- Administration of employee benefits.
- Knowledge of succession planning.
- Organization of employee recognition events.
- Management of communication programs.
- Promotions management- Administration of vendor contracts (REPSE) and compliance- Assuring compliance with labor law and policies- Onboarding follows up for new hires
