In this role, you will develop regional sourcing strategies, manage key supplier relationships, drive cost optimization, and partner with cross-functional teams to ensure business continuity and competitive growth.
Key Responsibilities Regional Strategy: Develop and execute regional purchasing strategies aligned with general procurement goals.
Standardize and streamline procurement processes across the Americas.
Supplier Management: Lead supplier selection, evaluation, and contract negotiations (pricing, terms, SLAs).
Manage performance, resolve quality/delivery issues, and build strong strategic partnerships.
Cost Optimization: Lead cost-reduction initiatives, analyze cost structures, and leverage regional volume to achieve savings targets.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Operations, Engineering, Quality, and Finance to support new product launches, engineering changes, and local industrialization.
