In this leadership role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive QA strategies, managing a team of QA professionals, and ensuring that all project deliverables meet the highest standards of quality and compliance.
You will work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to identify risks, establish testing protocols, and drive continuous improvement throughout the project lifecycle.Develop, implement, and maintain quality assurance strategies and testing plans aligned with project objectives and data center standardsLead, mentor, and manage a team of QA professionals, providing guidance on best practices, performance feedback, and professional development opportunitiesConduct comprehensive risk assessments and create mitigation strategies to address potential quality issues before they impact project deliveryDesign and oversee test cases, test scenarios,
and automated testing frameworks to ensure thorough validation of all systems and infrastructureAnalyze test results, identify defects, and collaborate with development and operations teams to resolve issues efficientlyEstablish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and quality metrics to track project progress and compliancePrepare detailed quality reports, documentation, and presentations for stakeholders and project leadershipEnsure adherence to data center compliance standards, industry regulations, and organizational policies throughout the projectCoordinate with vendors and third-party service providers to validate quality requirements and deliverablesOrganize and conduct quality assurance training sessions and workshops for project team membersMinimum 7+ years of quality assurance experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership or supervisory capacityProven expertise in data center infrastructure, operations, and quality standardsStrong knowledge of QA methodologies, testing frameworks, and industry best practicesDemonstrated experience with test planning, test case development, and test executionProficiency in risk assessment, root cause analysis, and problem-solvingExperience with quality management tools and test automation platformsExcellent organizational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple prioritiesStrong analytical and decision-making capabilities with a detail-oriented approachExceptional written and verbal communication skills in English; Spanish language proficiency is preferredExperience with ITIL, ISO ****,
or similar quality and compliance certifications is preferredFamiliarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies is a plusProven ability to lead, motivate, and develop high-performing teamsBudget management and vendor management experience is desirableOur inspired people share our vision and mission.
