We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Routing & Logistics Specialist / Dispatcher to manage daily transportation and dispatch operations.
This role focuses on real-time logistics execution, load coordination, route tracking, and operational problem-solving.
The position starts part-time during training and transitions to full-time based on performance.
Schedule flexibility is required, including evenings, nights, and weekends.
Key Responsibilities - Coordinate and monitor shipments, routes, and delivery schedules in real time - Assign loads and communicate with drivers to ensure efficient operations - Track shipments and proactively resolve delays or disruptions - Maintain accurate records of deliveries, issues, and operational updates - Collaborate with operations, planning,
