Position Summary The Quality Technician is responsible for ensuring that manufacturing processes comply with the required quality standards for the fabrication of harnesses and lanyards (fall protection equipment) .
This role will directly supervise a team of at least 2 Quality Auditors , ensuring the correct execution of control plans and sampling plans across the marking, cutting, sewing, and final assembly areas.
This position is key to providing production support, leading failure analysis, and managing the correct flow of non-conforming material (MRB).
