Amazon's MEX1 Fulfillment Center in Mexico City seeks a frontline Operations Manager to lead a team in our Outbound area the part of the warehouse where customer orders are packed, sorted, and shipped.
You will supervise a team of *****+ hourly warehouse associates, drive daily productivity and quality targets, and ensure every package leaves the building safely, accurately, and on time.
This role operates in a fast-paced, high-volume environment where hands-on leadership, clear communication, and a commitment to continuous improvement are critical to success.
