- Seller Segmentation support marketing campaign outreach by providing targeted audience pools and personalized content recommendations.
- System Operations document SOPs to ensure operational consistency and scalability.
- Results Tracking: Monitor social CRM metrics (follower growth, message open rates, menu click rates, conversion funnels) and produce regular reports with insights to optimize campaign effectiveness.
- Support various Marketing activities upon requests BASIC QUALIFICATIONS - Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Business, Industrial engineering,



Information Systems, or a related field.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Proficient in Excel with solid data handling skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, data cleaning).
- Detail-oriented with strong process execution skills and a sense of ownership.
- Ability to multitask and deliver under tight timelines in a fast-paced environment.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS - Familiarity with social CRM or marketing automation platforms - Basic knowledge of SQL or Python for data extraction and analysis.
- Experience with lead management, scoring models, or marketing funnel operations.
- Interest in B2B marketing, cross-border e-commerce, or marketing technology.
