Oversee daily operations of the manufacturing facility to ensure efficiency and productivity.
Implement and monitor production schedules to meet business objectives.
Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards.
Manage and optimize resources, including manpower, materials, and equipment.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve processes and resolve operational challenges.
Analyze production data and prepare reports for senior management.
Develop and implement strategies to enhance operational performance and cost-effectiveness.
Lead and mentor a team of supervisors and staff to achieve organizational goals.

A successful Plant Manager should have:Must Have Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or a related field.
Minimum 5 years of experience as Plant Manager or similar roles.
Experience leading manufacturing operations within a maquiladora environment.




Strong background in plastic injection molding or comparable manufacturing operations.
Experience managing budgets, costs, and overall plant performance.
Advanced English.
Proven leadership experience managing multidisciplinary teams.
Strong knowledge of manufacturing KPIs, TPM, OEE, and operational management systems.
Preferred Lean Manufacturing experience.
Continuous Improvement and Operational Excellence methodologies.
Experience implementing structure, planning, and performance management systems.
Valid visa and passport.
Availability to relocate.
