We are seeking an experienced
Ignition Support Lead
to lead and support enterprise-scale Manufacturing Execution System (MES) and SCADA implementations based on the Ignition platform.
The adecuado candidate will have extensive experience designing, architecting, implementing, and supporting large-scale Ignition environments, while serving as the technical leader and primary point of contact for manufacturing digital transformation initiatives.
This role combines technical architecture, operational support, stakeholder management, and team leadership responsibilities.

10+ years of experience in Industrial Automation, MES, or SCADA environments.




Experience architecting and supporting large-scale Ignition implementations with 100,000+ tags.
Hands-on experience with Ignition architecture, deployment, troubleshooting, and system optimization.
Experience leading support and implementation teams within manufacturing environments.
Experience managing critical incidents and production support operations.
Experience working with global and distributed teams.
Strong client-facing communication skills.

Key Responsibilities
Lead enterprise-scale Ignition SCADA and MES support programs.
Serve as the primary technical lead and escalation point.
Design and architect Ignition-based manufacturing solutions.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives across manufacturing systems.
Support MES implementations utilizing Sepasoft.
Collaborate with offshore teams, architects, and SMEs.
Lead troubleshooting activities for high-priority production incidents.
Mentor and develop junior engineers and Ignition specialists.
Recommend modernization opportunities leveraging Industry 4.0, AI, and Manufacturing Digital Transformation technologies.
Work directly with client stakeholders to define requirements and solution roadmaps.
