Business Analyst
to join our growing team.
We are seeking a Business Analyst with strong analytical, communication, and requirements management skills to support business and technology initiatives. The candidate will work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements, analyze business needs, and support solution delivery in Agile and Waterfall environments.
Key Responsibilities
Gather, analyze, document, and refine business requirements with stakeholders.
Develop User Stories, Use Cases, Epics, and Acceptance Criteria.
Manage functional and non-functional requirements throughout the project lifecycle.
Conduct business process analysis and process modeling activities.
Facilitate stakeholder meetings, workshops, and requirement discussions.
Validate delivered functionality against documented requirements.




Support backlog refinement, prioritization, sprint planning, and delivery activities.
Create reports and perform data analysis using SQL, Power BI, and Tableau.
Communicate business requirements and technical solutions effectively across teams.
