Commercial Insights Analyst
We are looking for a curious and commercially minded Commercial Insights Analyst to support the Retail & Shopper Insights team. This role is responsible for gathering, analyzing, and synthesizing shopper, consumer, category, and retailer intelligence, transforming multiple data sources into actionable insights that support client decision-making and activation planning.
Responsibilities
Gather and curate intelligence from public sources, research platforms, client information, and internal knowledge bases.
Analyze market, shopper, retailer, and category trends to identify opportunities and implications for clients.
Develop and maintain insight products such as Shopper Snapshots, Category Opportunity Maps, Retailer Intelligence reports, Shopper Journeys, and periodic market updates.
Support client presentations, workshops, business reviews, pitches, and RFP responses with evidence-based insights.
Maintain the Retail & Shopper Intelligence platform, ensuring content is current, accurate, and easily accessible.
Monitor emerging retail, shopper, competitor, and commerce trends, proactively sharing key developments with stakeholders




Collaborate with Commercial Team, Strategy, Creative, and Retail Activation teams on insight-driven initiatives.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Economics, Market Research, Statistics, or a related field.
Previous experience in Insights, Market Research, Shopper Marketing, Category Management, Strategy, Consulting, or similar analytical roles.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate findings into business recommendations.
Excellent communication and storytelling skills, including the ability to create clear and visually engaging presentations.
Advanced knowledge of Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
Fluent English.
Preferred Experience
Experience within Retail, FMCG, Consumer Goods, Agency, or Consulting environments.
Familiarity with consumer, shopper, or market intelligence tools and research methodologies.
Exposure to client-facing presentations and stakeholder management.
