Role Overview:
We're looking for an experienced Paid Social Manager to take ownership of Meta Ads strategy and execution across a portfolio of client accounts. This is a client-facing role for someone who has grown up in agency life, knows the platform inside out, and is equally comfortable owning client relationships as they are in the weeds of Ads Manager.
You'll be the main point of contact for your accounts — trusted by clients, relied upon internally, and operating with high autonomy and high accountability.
Key Responsibilities:
Client Leadership
Serve as the primary day-to-day contact for your client accounts, building strong relationships and driving confidence in performance
Lead regular client calls, translate performance into clear narrative, and proactively manage expectations
Bring strategic thinking to client conversations — not just reporting what happened, but knowing what to do next
Platform Execution & Strategy
Own campaign builds end-to-end — structure, audience, creative, budget — aligned to performance goals
Implement and iterate audience strategies: lookalikes, exclusions, interest and behavioural targeting
Oversee creative trafficking and QA to ensure everything launches correctly and on time
Apply budget and bid management with confidence, making decisions within agreed frameworks
Daily Monitoring & Optimization




Monitor accounts daily for spend pacing, delivery issues, ad rejections, and creative fatigue
Execute and recommend optimizations, not just flag issues
Identify anomalies quickly, diagnose root causes, and come with a clear point of view
Reporting & Documentation
Populate dashboards and client-facing reports with accurate, well-presented data
Maintain clean change logs and keep internal systems current
Turn numbers into insight — clients should leave reports knowing what it means, not just what happened
Testing & Learning
Design and implement A/B test structures in collaboration with senior team members
Own the documentation of test results and feed learnings back into account strategy
Required Experience:
4+ years of hands-on Meta Ads Manager experience, predominantly in a performance agency environment
Proven track record as a client-facing lead — you've owned accounts, managed relationships, and been the person clients call
Ability to manage multiple client accounts simultaneously without dropping balls
Strong strategic instinct alongside executional precision — you can zoom out and zoom in
Excellent written and verbal communication; confident presenting to clients
