We're looking for a
Founding Account Executive
with experience in
sales, prospecting, and the recruiting/staffing industry
to join a growing team. This is not a meeting-setter position. You'll be responsible for generating opportunities, managing client relationships, and closing deals from start to finish.
100% Remote
Schedule:
Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM CT
What You'll Be Doing
✅ Building and managing your own sales pipeline.
✅ Prospecting recruiters, staffing firms, and hiring teams.
✅ Running outbound campaigns using Apollo and similar tools.
✅ Qualifying leads and conducting product demos.
✅ Managing the full sales cycle from outreach to close.
✅ Working directly with the founder to shape sales strategies and processes.
✅ Using your knowledge of recruitment and staffing to improve client targeting and messaging.




What We're Looking For
✔ Proven B2B sales experience managing the full sales cycle.
✔ Strong prospecting and pipeline-generation skills.
✔ Experience working with or selling to recruiting firms, staffing agencies, or talent acquisition teams.
✔ Familiarity with Apollo or similar outbound sales platforms.
✔ Excellent English communication skills.
✔ Relationship-building mindset and strong client-facing abilities.
✔ Self-starter who can thrive in a fast-paced environment with limited structure.
