Meet the TeamThe Global Manufacturing Operations (GMO) Testing Engineering team is a vital part of Cisco's Manufacturing ecosystem, focused on ensuring the quality, reliability, and performance of manufacturing processes and products. This team drives innovation and operational excellence by developing and executing rigorous testing strategies that support Cisco's global manufacturing footprint.Your ImpactAs a Global Manufacturing Operation Testing Engineer technical leader, you will play a key role in validating manufacturing processes and product quality through comprehensive testing and analysis, also as a leader you will define the strategy and structure to be used on complex and new products while improving the technical skills of other test engineers. This role offers the opportunity to collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize manufacturing workflows, troubleshoot issues, and implement improvements that enhance product reliability and customer satisfaction. Your work will directly impact Cisco's ability to deliver high-quality products efficiently on a global scale.- Develop, implement, and execute test plans and procedures for manufacturing processes and products.- End to End test strategy ownership, helping to define test strategies from ICT to Functional system test optimizing Test time vs Throughput, Detection vs Escape risk and Coverage vs Cost. Decide what to test where in the process.- Analyze test data to identify trends, root causes, and opportunities for process improvements.- Collaborate with manufacturing, quality,

and testing of complete telecom systems.- Technical Proficiency & Automation:
