We are looking for a Marketing Manager for México who will lead and execute the local Marketing Plan in México and Colombia. This includes integral campaigns and local campaigns for the local user, plan activations, event participation in the country, and engagement with the community. The focus is to drive key metrics through a full funnel approach, from acquisition to engagement and conversion.

Responsibilities Drive and support the strategic Marketing Plan which includes strategy, planning and execution. It also means hands‐on tasks such as creating campaigns and implementation, working in collaboration with central teams (i.e. Creative, partnerships, brand, product) to create adaptation and localizations, evaluation, implementation, and reporting. Coordinate and define all aspects of México's and Colombia's marketing campaigns, such as growth mechanics, engagement activities and brand. Drive brand, communications and product campaigns.

Project management skills.



Understanding of the crypto market in general. Experience or strong interest in copywriting. Good understanding of branding, performance marketing and analytics. Experience in Social Media, Community management and influencer marketing is a plus. Hands‐on approach. Demonstrates a clear and concise style of communication, with a creative/fun spin when relevant. Familiarity with AI tools for community engagement, content generation, user segmentation, or campaign automation (e.g., Chat GPT, Midjourney, Notion AI, Discord/Telegram AI bots). Has worked in international teams and has experience managing projects with numerous stakeholders. Strong sense of responsibility and resistance to stress. Self‐motivated and results‐oriented.
