Senior Integrated Designer – Motion & Social Job Title: Senior Integrated Designer – Motion & Social Salary Range: $29,000–$43,000 USD – dependent on experience MXN: $503,000–$720,000 MXN Location / Working Model: Mexico City | Hybrid – 2 days in the office Language Requirement: Strong professional English is essential Scope: Global We’re looking for a Senior Integrated Designer – Motion & Social to join a growing integral in-house Creative Hub. This is a senior, hands-on creative role for a designer who can genuinely animate — not someone who primarily works in static design and occasionally touches motion. You’ll create across social, motion, digital, campaigns, presentations, landing pages, brochures, and brand content , with a major focus on fast-moving, social-first creative . There’s no people management . You’ll be able to focus on the craft, take ownership of high-visibility briefs, and bring a strong creative point of view to how ideas come to life across different formats. What You'll Do: Design and animate social-first motion content , including short-form creative, animated typography, graphics, and campaign assets Create integrated work across social, digital, presentations, landing pages, brochures, fact sheets, and campaigns Own product demo and talking-head video edits , taking raw footage through to polished delivery Turn campaign concepts into engaging multi-channel creative Bring a strong understanding of social trends, platform-native content, and digital-first design Balance quick-turn social content with larger campaign rollouts Work closely with copywriters, PMs,



and global stakeholders Use AI-supported creative tools to improve versioning, adaptation, and production workflows What We're Looking For: Your portfolio needs to demonstrate strong motion AND integrated design , with a particular emphasis on social-first creative . You'll ideally bring: Advanced motion design and animation experience Strong social-first design and platform-native creative instincts Advanced Adobe Creative Suite , particularly After Effects and Premiere Pro Strong Photoshop and Illustrator skills Experience editing video, talking-head content, and product demos Excellent typography, layout, composition, and visual storytelling skills Experience across broader integrated design, including digital, presentations, campaigns, brochures, and fact sheets An understanding of how creative needs to adapt across different social platforms, formats, and aspect ratios Experience in a fast-paced agency, creative studio, or in-house creative environment Experience working with B2B or corporate brands Interest in AI-supported creative tools and emerging creative technology Strong professional English for working with global teams The Key Thing We're looking for a designer who genuinely does motion .
