Win Systems is seeking a capable IT Support Specialist to ensure ERP WIGOS™ and related systems remain operational. The role involves incident management, in-depth troubleshooting, and collaboration with Level 3 and development teams to resolve complex issues.

English and Spanish are required, with work hours from 2:00pm to 10:00pm and occasional weekend remote shifts. Knowledge of Windows Server, Active Directory, SQL Server, and scripting is advantageous.
