We are looking for a Purchase Lead to provide leadership and direction to the purchasing organization, ensuring supply continuity, supplier performance, and effective execution across the procurement team.

Our Team:

You will lead and collaborate with Buyers, Planning, Production, Engineering, Quality, Logistics, and Finance teams to support customer fulfillment and long-term business value.

What You Will Do:

- Lead purchasing priorities across the organization
- Manage supply risks, shortages, and recovery activities
- Coach and develop purchasing team members
- Support supplier relationship management and escalation processes
- Ensure purchasing transactions and commitments are accurately maintained
- Drive cross-functional alignment on material priorities
- Promote strategic sourcing and cost stewardship
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives within the purchasing organization





Who You Are (Basic Qualifications):

- Bachelor's Degree
- 3+ years of leadership experience in Purchasing, Procurement, or Supply Chain
- Conversational English
- Experience managing suppliers and cross-functional teams
- SAP or ERP experience

What Will Put You Ahead:

- Experience leading procurement organizations within the automotive electronics manufacturing industry.
- Strong negotiation and supplier management skills
- Knowledge of supply chain risk management
