About The Role

We are looking for a

Brand Retail Sr. Supervisor to lead store operations, drive commercial performance, and deliver an exceptional consumer experience. This role is responsible for managing a team of retail professionals, ensuring operational excellence, and achieving sales and service objectives while representing the brand at the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead the day-to-day operation of the store, ensuring excellent customer service and commercial execution.

- Coach, develop, and motivate a team of retail professionals to achieve sales and performance targets.

- Monitor and improve key store KPIs, including sales, conversion, productivity, and customer satisfaction.

- Oversee inventory management, visual merchandising, and operational compliance.

- Resolve customer and operational issues while maintaining a premium brand experience.





- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business initiatives and store performance.

Requirements

- Experience leading retail, sales, or customer-facing teams.

- Strong people leadership, coaching, and performance management skills.

- Solid understanding of retail operations, sales execution, and customer engagement.

- Ability to analyze performance metrics and translate insights into action plans.

- Strong communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.

- English: Intermediate.
