PERFIL

- Carrera técnica en Prevención de Riesgos, Ingeniería Industrial o carrera afín
- Carrera trunca o recién egresado de Ingeniería Industrial o áreas relacionadas
- Experiencia mínima de 1 año en Seguridad Industrial
- Conocimiento de normativa mexicana en materia de seguridad y medio ambiente
- Conocimiento en investigación de accidentes y análisis de riesgos
- Conocimiento en manejo defensivo y Protección Civil
- Conocimiento en administración y determinación de EPP
- Evaluación de riesgos de maquinaria y equipo
- Experiencia en impartición de cursos y pláticas de Seguridad Industrial
- Verificación de condiciones de seguridad e higiene
- Conocimiento en gestión de servicios preventivos de seguridad y salud en el trabajo
- Disponibilidad para trabajar en sitio
- Español

PRINCIPALES RESPONSABILIDADES

- Realizar recorridos de seguridad, 5S y EHS para identificar condiciones y actos inseguros
- Dar seguimiento a hallazgos y acciones preventivas y correctivas
- Atender de manera inmediata situaciones de riesgo grave o inminente
- Verificar el cumplimiento de procedimientos y medidas de seguridad
- Realizar auditorías periódicas de equipos, instalaciones y condiciones de seguridad
- Dar seguimiento a actividades de contratistas y proveedores dentro del patio
- Impartir inducciones, pláticas,



campañas y capacitaciones de seguridad
- Supervisar medidas preventivas relacionadas con fatiga y somnolencia
- Realizar acercamientos y retroalimentación al personal ante incumplimientos de seguridad
- Apoyar en la evaluación y ejecución de análisis de riesgos
- Participar en la investigación preliminar de eventos de seguridad
- Elaborar reportes y dar seguimiento a hallazgos derivados de auditorías
- Difundir alertas y boletines de seguridad y verificar su cumplimiento
- Apoyar en el cumplimiento de la legislación de seguridad y ambiental aplicable
