Role Description This is an independent commercial advisor role focused on selling surety bonds for Adastra Fianzas. As an Independent Commercial Advisor, you will prospect and develop new clients, manage your own sales pipeline, and provide guidance on surety bond options that align with client needs and regulatory requirements. Daily activities include contacting potential and existing clients, preparing proposals, following up on opportunities, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure accurate and timely issuance of bonds.

You will maintain organized records of client interactions, stay up to date on products and market trends, and represent the company with professionalism and integrity. This is a remote role that allows you to manage your schedule and territory with a high degree of autonomy.

Qualifications

- Strong commercial skills, including client prospecting, negotiation, and closing sales.




- Ability to build and maintain long-term relationships with clients and business partners.
- Solid understanding of financial or insurance products; prior experience with surety bonds is an advantage.
- Excellent communication skills in Spanish; basic English proficiency is a plus.
- Organized and self-directed, with the ability to manage multiple opportunities remotely.
- Comfortable working on a commission-based or results-oriented compensation model.
- Proficiency with digital tools for remote work, such as CRM systems, email, and online conferencing platforms.
- Previous experience in sales, insurance, financial services, or related fields is highly beneficial.
- Commitment to ethical business practices and compliance with relevant regulations.
