We are looking for a Business Development (BD) expert with extensive KOL collaboration experience to lead the expansion and development of the Mexican market. As the pioneer of our KOL business in Mexico, you will integrate local social media resources (YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, Twitch, etc.), build and maintain long-term partnerships with top-tier and mid-tier KOLs/MCN agencies, and drive brand awareness and business growth in the Mexican market.

Core Responsibilities

- Expand and manage local KOL resources in Mexico; build and continuously update the KOL and MCN agency partnership database.
- Lead business negotiations, including pricing, contracting, scheduling, and rights confirmation for KOL collaborations.
- Collaborate on planning KOL marketing campaigns for the Mexican market, ensuring content localization and compliance.
- Monitor collaboration performance data, conduct regular reviews, and optimize KOL selection and cooperation strategies.




- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth project execution and delivery.

Required Qualifications

- Native-level Spanish (specifically Mexican Spanish) with excellent business English communication skills (able to use as a working language).
- 2+ years of experience in KOL BD, influencer marketing, or social media partnerships; prior experience supporting Chinese outbound brands or international brands in the Mexican market is preferred.
- Deep familiarity with the Mexican social media ecosystem, pop culture, and consumer preferences; understanding of local KOL collaboration models and pricing structures.
- Strong business negotiation and resilience; able to independently drive projects from 0 to 1.
- Data-savvy with the ability to optimize cooperation strategies through data analysis.
- Results-oriented, highly self-motivated, and skilled in cross-cultural communication.
