Job Summary

To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we're looking to add a Business Systems Analyst located in Guadalajara North Campus.

Reporting to the IT Project Manager the Business Systems Analyst's role involves:

What a typical day looks like:

- Research complex business problems and propose automated solutions, incorporating user experience design to improve operations and process efficiency
- Provide technical expertise in identifying, evaluating, and developing systems - including designing UI mockups, prototypes, and user flows to visualize solutions before implementation
- Research, design, and test new systems and enhancements, leveraging graphic design and visual communication to create stakeholder‑ready deliverables
- Create infographics, dashboards, and visual documentation to communicate system changes and project status
- Communicate with users to troubleshoot and resolve system issues, using visual guides and user‑centric design to ensure smooth adoption
- Execute Integral IT projects with integrated design and communication deliverables

The experience we're looking to add to our team:

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.




- Strong client‑facing and presentation skills.
- Ability to communicate effectively at all levels of the organization.
- Creative problem solving.
- Strong listening skills and empathy for users and their experiences.
- Analytical skills.
- Intermediate English skills, both written and verbal.
- Interest in technology and confidence to demonstrate products.
- Database knowledge as MS SQL. (nice to have other databases knowledge)
- Nice to have Development knowledge.
- Nice to have Networking knowledge.
