Actualmente buscamos un/a Senior Account Director para liderar cuentas estratégicas y fortalecer nuestro equipo en México.

¿Qué harás?

- Liderar la relación estratégica con clientes nacionales e internacionales.
- Diseñar e implementar estrategias integrales de comunicación alineadas con los objetivos de negocio.
- Gestionar un portafolio de cuentas de Brand Communications, con exposición a proyectos de Corporate Communications y Crisis Management.




- Identificar oportunidades de posicionamiento y fortalecer la reputación de las marcas.
- Desarrollar recomendaciones estratégicas basadas en insights y tendencias del mercado.
- Liderar y desarrollar un equipo, impulsando una cultura colaborativa y de alto desempeño.

¿Qué buscamos?

- Experiencia sólida en agencias de comunicación, relaciones públicas o comunicación corporativa.
- Experiencia liderando cuentas estratégicas y relaciones con clientes de alto nivel.
- Experiencia gestionando y desarrollando equipos.
- Pensamiento estratégico y capacidad para gestionar múltiples proyectos.
- Inglés bilingüe (indispensable).
- Excelentes habilidades de comunicación y liderazgo.
