Job Summary

Lead the Accounting team, oversee service delivery across the client portfolio, and act as the senior point of contact for client relationships and internal process governance.

Key Responsibilities

- Oversee end-to-end accounting service delivery for the department's client portfolio
- Review complex accounting matters and provide technical guidance to the team
- Own key client relationships, including escalations and strategic discussions
- Manage team capacity, performance, and development
- Ensure department practices align with accounting standards and firm policies
- Report to senior management on department performance and client matters

Requirements

- Degree in Accounting/Finance; professional qualification (ACCA/CIMA/MIA) required
- Minimum 5 years' relevant experience, including team management experience
- Strong track record managing SME client portfolios / Construction industry
- Preferably with Management Services background
- Proficient in Mandarin (spoken and written) to liaise with Mandarin-speaking clients
- Excellent leadership, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills
