More about the role

- Facilities & Site Management: Oversee daily facility operations, building systems, maintenance, vendors, and service providers across office and industrial sites.
- Lead Facilities Management strategy across LATAM, US, and Canada.
- Develop and implement solutions aligned with business and site needs.
- Space & Property Management: Optimize workplace utilization and manage real estate assets, leases, subtenants, and property-related requirements.
- Project Management: Lead renovations, fit-outs, building improvements, reinstatement, demolition, and large-scale capital projects.
- Strategic & Stakeholder Management: Develop real estate strategies aligned with business needs, working closely with internal stakeholders, contractors, vendors, and senior leaders.
- Budget, Compliance & Continuous Improvement: Manage operational and project budgets while ensuring HSE/security, legal, contractual, and quality compliance and driving service excellence.

More about you

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree completed in a technical or real estate discipline.
- 10+ years of progressive experience in Facility, Asset, or Property Management - with leadership skills.
- Proven experience leading facilities operations,



maintenance, contractors, projects, space planning, and workplace solutions in complex or multi-site industrial environments.
- Strong strategic, analytical, problem-solving, and financial management skills, with experience managing FM operations, capital projects, and competing priorities.
- Excellent communication and influencing skills, with experience managing outsourced facility services, vendors, contractors, and stakeholders at all levels.
- Fluent in English, with a collaborative, customer-focused, proactive, and continuous-improvement mindset.
