Job Title: Intake Specialist

? Location: Chihuahua, Mexico (On-site)

? Availability: Flexible to work assigned schedules between 10:00 AM and 10:00 PM ET, including Monday-Friday or Sunday-Thursday shifts.

About the Role

We are looking for an Intake Specialist to join our team. The idóneo candidate will have excellent customer service skills, strong communication abilities, and experience handling high-volume calls while providing a positive client experience.

Responsibilities

? Handle inbound calls and online inquiries from potential clients

? Conduct intake consultations and gather client information

? Schedule appointments and assist with onboarding new clients

? Document case information accurately and process required paperwork





? Provide outstanding customer service and support

? Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth client communication

Requirements

✅ Advanced English and Spanish

✅ Minimum 1 year of Customer Service or Call Center experience

✅ Strong communication and multitasking skills

✅ Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail

✅ Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook)

✅ Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
