Job Requirements

- Associate degree or above in Computer Science, Networking, Electronic Communications, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in IT operations and maintenance in a manufacturing environment. Proficiency in network, low-voltage systems, desktop support, and server hardware maintenance. Manufacturing industry experience is preferred.
- Solid knowledge of TCP/IP protocols and the ability to independently troubleshoot issues related to switches, firewalls, and wireless networks.
- Proficient in structured cabling, network cable termination, rack installation and organization, and low-voltage point modification and maintenance.
- Familiar with computer and server hardware, with the ability to independently perform hardware troubleshooting, component replacement, equipment installation, and configuration.
- Basic English proficiency to read equipment documentation and communicate with headquarters via email.
- Candidates holding network-related certifications such as CCNA or HCIA are preferred.
- Language requirements: English must be sufficient for use as a working language, including the ability to independently write emails and communicate regarding technical issues. Spanish will mainly be used to communicate with frontline employees regarding IT problems. Chinese is a plus but not required.

Preferred language proficiency: Spanish > English > Chinese.

Job Responsibilities

- Enterprise Network Operations and Maintenance (Core Responsibility): Responsible for the daily operation, maintenance,



configuration, and troubleshooting of network equipment, including switches, firewalls, wireless APs, and VPNs, ensuring stable operation of office and production networks.
- Low-Voltage Systems and Structured Cabling: Responsible for structured cabling, rack organization, network point modifications, and the daily maintenance and troubleshooting of low-voltage links for surveillance and access control systems throughout the plant.
- Desktop and End-User IT Support: Responsible for hardware maintenance of office computers, printers, and other peripheral devices, including system installation and daily configuration. Provide IT support and troubleshoot desktop-related issues across the plant.
- Server Hardware Operations and Maintenance: Responsible for routine inspections, troubleshooting, and component replacement of physical servers. Support headquarters with server and virtualization hardware operations and maintenance.
- IT Security, Asset, and Documentation Management: Responsible for IT asset inventory, maintenance record management, and documentation. Strictly follow Bastion Host (privileged access management) operation procedures and support headquarters with access control, incident reporting, and compliance audits.
- Emergency IT Support: Respond promptly to unexpected IT incidents at the plant and quickly troubleshoot network, server, and end-user equipment issues to ensure the continuity of production operations.
