Position Overview A growing U.S. law firm is seeking an experienced Legal Sales Closer to manage inbound leads and convert prospective clients into retained clients. This is a revenue-generating position focused on handling qualified inbound opportunities from marketing channels, referral networks, website inquiries, and intake services.

The adecuado candidate will guide prospects through consultations, overcome objections, present legal service options, and secure signed commitment agreements and payments. This is not an entry-level sales role or virtual assistant position; we need someone who already understands legal-services sales and can operate with minimal supervision.

Key Responsibilities

Lead Conversion & Sales:

Handle qualified inbound legal leads and conduct discovery conversations.

Present legal service packages, fee structures, and secure payment/retainers.

Overcome objections and convert consultations into signed engagement agreements.

Follow up consistently with undecided prospects.

Client Onboarding & Operations:

Educate prospects on firm services and processes (without providing legal advice).





Maintain accurate CRM records, pipeline notes, and activity tracking.

Collaborate with attorneys and support staff for smooth client onboarding.

Track and report on lead conversion metrics and generated revenue.

Must-Have Qualifications

Experience: Minimum 2 years of direct legal sales experience within a law firm.

Track Record: Demonstrated success converting inbound legal leads, handling consultations, closing sales, and collecting payments.

Languages & Communication: Fluent, clear, and professional English (must pass a voice assessment; easily understood by U.S. clients).

Technical Skills: Strong CRM management experience and proficiency with virtual lead management workflows.

Nice to Have

Experience in Estate Planning, Probate, Elder Law, Real Estate Law, or Immigration Law.

Background using consultative sales methodologies for U.S.-based law firms.

Success Metrics (KPIs)

Number of qualified consultations conducted.

Consultation-to-client conversion rate.

Total revenue generated and retainers collected.

CRM accuracy and follow-up effectiveness.
