Remote: Mexico, Argentina, Perú and Colombia

Level of study required: Lawyer (Mandatory)

Responsibilities:

Prepare and draft demand packages, including liability analysis, damages summaries, and supporting documentation. Manage and coordinate discovery processes, including drafting and responding to discovery requests and organizing discovery sessions. Track and manage case-related tickets and tasks, ensuring timely follow-up and resolution.

Communicate professionally via email with clients, creditors, opposing counsel, and attorneys regarding case status and documentation. Request required documentation from clients and submit completed materials to trustees or relevant third parties, as applicable. Obtain and review billing statements,



financial records, and supporting financial documentation from clients.

Request, follow up on, and organize medical records and medical billing documentation from providers. Upload, manage, and organize documents on the trustee’s platform and maintain accurate, well-organized case dockets. Ensure all case files are complete, up to date, and compliant with internal procedures and legal requirements.

Support attorneys throughout the lifecycle of personal injury cases, from pre-litigation through resolution.

Skills:

- Previous experience (2 years minimum) in Prelitigation or Litigation with Personal Injury
- Advanced English Level
