Role Description Atlas Solutions is seeking an experienced, highly organized, and tech-savvy Marketing Coordinator to support the planning, coordination, and execution of marketing and communications initiatives across Latin America & Caribbean. This part-time role combines strong marketing knowledge with project management capabilities to support campaigns, brand and marketing materials, client requirements, reporting, and other regional marketing activities. Working under the direction of the Marketing Manager and Regional Director, the Marketing Coordinator will help coordinate multiple workstreams, timelines, deliverables, and stakeholders while ensuring alignment with approved marketing strategies, brand guidelines, and client requirements.

The adecuado candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, digitally fluent, and comfortable working independently in a fast-paced, remote, distributed environment.

Key Responsibilities include

- Support the development and execution of approved annual and initiative-based marketing plans, campaigns, events, and promotional activities across Latin America & Caribbean.
- Coordinate and track multiple marketing workstreams, including workplans, timelines, deliverables, milestones, dependencies, and pending inputs.
- Monitor client requirements and support their coordination from intake through execution, reporting, and closeout.
- Maintain project management systems and trackers, proactively following up on outstanding deliverables and identifying potential risks,



delays, or missing information.
- Support the development and coordination of marketing and brand materials, including presentations, visuals, digital assets, promotional materials, and other campaign deliverables, ensuring consistency with approved branding and messaging.
- Coordinate inputs and deliverables across internal team members, partners, vendors, and other stakeholders as required.
- Support monthly, quarterly, and annual client reporting, gathering and consolidating marketing results, performance metrics, qualitative insights, and supporting documentation.
- Conduct market, audience, industry, channel, and marketing research to support planning and identify relevant promotional and engagement opportunities.
- Track marketing activity outcomes and maintain organized documentation of deliverables, results, approvals, and supporting materials.

Qualifications - Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, Business Administration, or a related field.

- Minimum 5 years of professional experience in marketing, communications, project management, marketing operations, campaign management, or related roles.
- Minimum 3 years of hands-on project management or project coordination experience, preferably involving marketing, communications, campaigns, events, or multi-stakeholder initiatives.
- Minimum 5 years of experience working in remote or distributed professional environments.
- Proven ability to coordinate multiple workstreams, timelines, deliverables, and stakeholders simultaneously.
- Strong understanding of marketing, branding, messaging, campaign execution, and audience engagement principles and methodologies.
- Experience coordinating client deliverables, performance tracking, and recurring reporting.
- Hands-on experience with project management platforms such as ClickUp, Asana, Monday.com, Trello, Jira,



or similar.
- Experience with marketing and digital platforms such as HubSpot, Canva, Hootsuite, Mailchimp, or similar.
- Experience in agriculture, food & beverage, CPG, nutrition, agribusiness, or related industries is strongly preferred.
- Experience working with trade associations, nonprofit organizations, international organizations, consulting firms, or U.S.-based clients is a plus.
- Advanced professional proficiency in English and Spanish required.
- Valid passport and valid U.S. visa required.
- Project management certification such as PMP, CAPM, PRINCE2, Agile, or Scrum is a plus, but not required.

- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to coordinate effectively with distributed teams and external stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently with limited supervision in a remote environment.
- Highly tech-savvy, with the ability to quickly learn and adopt new platforms, systems, and digital workflows.
- Strong proficiency with Microsoft 365, including Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Teams, SharePoint, and OneDrive.
- Comfortable using AI-enabled productivity and marketing tools to support research, reporting, content development, documentation, and workflow efficiency.

Other Important

Information - Independent Contractor – Part-Time.

- Initial 6-month contract, with potential for renewal based on performance and business needs.
- Approximately 20 hours per week and fully remote.
- Occasional regional/international travel may be required.
- Valid passport and valid U.S. visa required.
- Compensation: $1,250 per month.
