We're a fast-growing US sports-nutrition & wellness brand (DTC/CPG) looking for a hands-on editor/designer to own our ad creative and turn it into customers.

What you'll do ?

? Edit high-performing short-form video ads (UGC + high-quality) for Meta, TikTok & YouTube

? Design supporting graphic assets that carry the same message

✂️ Turn founder VOs, testimonials, product shots & B-roll into direct-response ads

? Build, test, and iterate hooks and variations to drive conversions

? Work closely with our Content & CRM Director; use AI to move faster

What we're looking for ✅ (in priority order)

1️⃣ Strong video editing (Premiere / After Effects / Final Cut — your core craft)

2️⃣ Strong graphic design (Photoshop / Figma / Canva)

3️⃣ Most important:



proven experience using those skills to create creative for marketing & customer acquisition, you understand how creative drives performance, and you're not just a designer or artist

? Professional English + you can explain the "why" behind your creative decisions

Nice to have ?

? Experience with DTC / CPG / product brands (supplements, food, beverage, e-commerce)

?️ The operational side of creative, organizing, curating & distributing assets

? Any exposure to performance marketing / paid social (media-buying/ROAS not required)
