Holistic Bio Spa ® is seeking an exceptional Regenerative Medicine Doctor to join our clinical team in Puerto Vallarta, Mexico.

This is a long-term, on-site position for a serious, bilingual physician who is fully licensed to practice medicine in Mexico and genuinely passionate about regenerative, functional, integrative, and holistic medicine.

We are looking for a doctor who wants to help patients worldwide access personalized Medicine 4.0 ® care in a respected regenerative medicine clinic.

The Opportunity The Regenerative Medicine Doctor will work directly with patients and our clinical team to design, supervise, and refine personalized Medicine 4.0 ® protocols.

This role requires medical intelligence, communication, humility, curiosity, and patient-centered care. The doctor must be comfortable with international patients who expect clarity, professionalism, compassion, and high-level clinical thinking.

This is a stable, long-term position for a physician who wants to live in Puerto Vallarta and help shape regenerative medicine in Mexico.

Required Qualifications

Candidates must meet the following requirements:

· Medical degree with valid credentials to practice medicine in Mexico.

· Current Mexican professional license/cedula professional.

· SEP-recognized medical credentials.

· SEP-recognized diplomado, master's degree, specialty, or equivalent credential in regenerative, functional, integrative, anti-aging, or related medicine.

· Fluent in English and Spanish.

· Bicultural experience strongly preferred.

· Minimum 3-5 years of hands-on experience in integrative, functional, regenerative, anti-aging, oncology-support, Lyme, autoimmune, hormone, or complex illness care.

· Willingness to work on-site in Puerto Vallarta.

· Long-term commitment and desire to grow with the clinic.

This doctor should not depend on a conventional symptom-suppression mindset. Our focus is terrain, repair, inflammation reduction, immune function, hormone optimization, mitochondrial energy, and quality of life.

Clinical Areas Of Focus

Experience or strong interest in the following areas is highly valuable:

· Stem cell, cellular, and immune therapies, including MUSE Cells ® , MSCs, exosomes, secretomes, PRP, NK cells, dendritic cells, and immune modulation.

· Ozone, oxygen, peptide, and red light therapies, including 10-pass ozone, HBOT, EWOT, and regenerative, immune, neurological, metabolic, and longevity peptides.

· Hormone replacement and optimization, including BHRT, pellets, thyroid, adrenal, testosterone, estrogen, progesterone, DHEA, and related strategies.

· Nutrigenomics, DNA interpretation, methylation, detox pathways, supplement planning, and advanced lab interpretation.

· Lyme disease, mold illness, autoimmune disease, chronic inflammation, chronic fatigue, long COVID, neurological decline, and complex chronic illness.

The Regenerative Medicine Doctor will:

· Perform comprehensive medical evaluations before treatment.

· Review histories, labs, medications, supplements, goals, and contraindications.

· Co-create personalized, tiered Medicine 4.0 ® protocols.

· Supervise regenerative, IV, hormonal, peptide, detox, and advanced wellness therapies.

· Interpret advanced labs, hormone and metabolic panels, 3D Scan findings, and patient progress data.

· Coordinate with nurses, therapists, reception, administration, and patient-care staff.

· Provide clear patient education in English and Spanish.

· Support clinical decisions before, during, and after visits.

· Help refine protocols, workflows, patient education, and team training.

Holistic Bio Spa ® is a regenerative, integrative, and holistic medical clinic.

We are not a chemotherapy-centered practice. We work with cancer-support patients, but our model is integrative, regenerative, immune-supportive, mitochondrial, terrain-based, and patient-centered.
