INS Home Buyers is a nationwide wholesale real estate company. We're hiring an Acquisitions Closer to work HOT seller leads and lock up contracts over the phone. We provide the leads, the dialer, the scripts, and the systems. You provide the closing. 1+ year of U.S. wholesale real estate acquisitions experience is required. If you don't have it, do not apply. This is not an appointment-setting seat and not a role you can learn on the job.

Read this part carefully. High-volume, high-pressure, measured daily. You'll hear no more than yes and the job is to keep dialing anyway. Sellers stall, shop your offer, and go quiet — you handle it on the call, not with a follow-up task. If you need to be pushed to hit your numbers, this is the wrong seat.

What You Own

- Dial pre-qualified seller leads daily — no cold lists
- Build rapport fast and qualify real motivation, not surface interest
- Negotiate price and terms and get the contract signed on the phone
- Work your pipeline and follow-ups in the CRM daily — nothing goes cold
- Hit daily, weekly,



and monthly targets

Requirements (Non-Negotiable)
- 1+ year in U.S. wholesale real estate acquisitions, closing by phone
- Real numbers you can back up — contracts locked up, not dials made
- Fluent, confident, persuasive English — U.S. sellers all day
- Elite negotiation and follow-up discipline
- Coachable, competitive, comfortable being measured
- Able to hold U.S. Eastern hours long-term
- Quiet home office, high-speed internet with backup connection, backup power, headset

What You Earn
- OTE $30,000+/year
- $1,400–$2,000/month base,
- 2% commission on initial revenue per closed deal
- 1% on renegotiated deals
- Weekly and monthly performance bonuses
- Direct hire with a US company — no agency, no middleman
