In this role, you will work closely with other Finance functions, support Mexico region analysis, and support the regional financial planning organization, performance management, and decision-making. You will contribute to regional consolidation while also providing targeted support to individual countries as needed. This position offers high visibility within the organization and the opportunity to influence business outcomes in a dynamic, multicultural environment.**Key Responsibilities:*** Support end-to-end FP&A; activities at the Mexico level, including budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and financial modeling.* Partner with the FP&A; Head to consolidate regional financials and provide insights to support strategic decision-making.* Develop, track, and optimize KPIs to measure business performance across the region and support strategic initiatives.* Act as a business partner to regional and country operations teams,
