Maintains quality service by establishing and enforcing organization standards. Ensures operation of equipment by calling for repairs; evaluating new equipment and techniques, Maintain open lines of communication between employees, management and executives. Responsible for monitoring and ensure the closure of corrective actions and non-conformities of SGC of their own area. Conduct performance evaluations regularly to review the work of an employee and to ensure that the proposed objectives are met.
