Job Description

We are seeking an experienced SAP Integral Trade Services (GTS) Consultant to provide Application Management Services (AMS) support for SAP S/4HANA and SAP GTS environments. The consultant will be responsible for supporting global trade compliance processes, customs management, export/import controls, sanctioned party screening, preference management, and integration between SAP GTS and SAP S/4HANA.

The role involves incident resolution, enhancements, business process support, compliance monitoring, and ensuring seamless operations within a global support model while meeting SLA and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities

AMS Support & Operations

• Provide L2/L3 production support for SAP GTS processes and integrations.

• Monitor and support daily business operations related to international trade compliance and customs management.

• Resolve incidents, service requests, and production issues within agreed SLAs.

• Perform root cause analysis (RCA) and implement preventive solutions.

• Support month-end, quarter-end,



and year-end business-critical activities.

SAP GTS Functional Support

Support and maintain the following SAP GTS processes:

Compliance Management

• Sanctioned Party List (SPL) Screening

• Embargo Checks

• Export Control Classification

• License Determination and Management

• Legal Control Processing

Customs Management

• Export Declaration Processing

• Import Declaration Processing

• Customs Duty Management

• Bonded Warehouse Processes

• Customs Communication Interfaces

Integration & Technical Support

• Support integration between SAP GTS and SAP S/4HANA/ECC.

• Monitor IDOCs, RFCs, BAPIs, and middleware interfaces.

• Coordinate with PI/PO, CPI, Basis, Security, and Functional teams for issue resolution.

• Troubleshoot master data and transactional data replication issues.

• Support interface testing and deployment activities
