You will strengthen process performance, drive problem solving, and ensure compliance with automotive requirements while coordinating with multiple shifts.You will manage a team of engineers, technicians, and quality auditors, develop quality plans, and partner with Production and Engineering to prevent recurrence and drive continuous improvement across electronic assembly processes.
