Customer Service Representative, Inbound CallsRemote (Mexico) · Full-time contractor · US Pacific hoursHirably is looking for a bilingual Customer Service Representative to join a US home servicescompany (electrical, plumbing, heating and air) in Washington State. You answer the phonewhen a customer calls with a problem, get the details, and book the service call. That's thewhole job, and doing it well is what keeps the technicians busy.What we offerPay: MX$16,275, as an independent contractor.Remote, work from home.12 paid days off per year.Year-end bonus, paid in December.7 US holidays off, following the client's calendar.Laptop and equipment provided and set up by Hirably.Monday to Friday, US Pacific hours, fixed schedule.What you'll doAnswer inbound calls live, in English, during US Pacific business hours.Understand what the customer needs (electrical, plumbing, HVAC), where they are, andhow urgent it is.● Book the appointment in the company's scheduling system with the right technician andtime slot,



and confirm it with the customer.Capture name, address, phone, email and a clear description of the issue on every call.Return missed calls and voicemails the same hour.Handle basic questions on service areas, hours and pricing ranges; route anythingtechnical to the office.● Keep the schedule clean: reschedules, cancellations and notes go in the system, not onpaper.What you bring● Confident, friendly English on the phone. Customers will be stressed (no hot water, nopower); you stay calm and get them booked.● 1+ years in customer service, call handling, appointment setting or dispatch. Homeservices, medical offices or dealerships are a plus.● Comfortable with scheduling or CRM software; ServiceTitan, Housecall Pro or Jobberexperience is a plus, not required.Reliable internet and a quiet place to take calls.Organized and quick on the keyboard: you type while you listen.
