In this role, you will lead the loyalty program's growth and communication strategy, driving member acquisition, engagement, redemption, and retention through integrated marketing, CRM, and lifecycle campaigns. You will identify growth opportunities, optimize the customer journey, and partner with cross-functional teams to enhance member value, maximize program performance, and deliver measurable business results.
