Transforma procesos en soluciones que impulsan el negocio. Estamos buscando un(a) Especialista BPM / Desarrollador BizFlow apasionado(a) por la automatización, el desarrollo y la optimización de procesos de negocio para formar parte de nuestro equipo de TI.

¿Cuál será tu misión?

Diseñar, desarrollar e implementar soluciones de automatización mediante plataformas BPM, contribuyendo a la eficiencia operativa y a la transformación digital de las diferentes áreas del negocio.

Tu impacto en el negocio

- Analizar requerimientos y traducir necesidades de negocio en soluciones tecnológicas.
- Diseñar procesos utilizando metodologías BPM y BPMN.
- Desarrollar e implementar nuevas funcionalidades y mejoras en flujos de trabajo.
- Coordinar pruebas, liberaciones y despliegues en distintos ambientes.
- Colaborar con equipos de QA, Infraestructura, Arquitectura y Negocio para asegurar implementaciones exitosas.
- Monitorear aplicaciones productivas y resolver incidencias de forma oportuna.

Perfil que buscamos

- Licenciatura o Ingeniería en Sistemas, Informática o afín.
- Experiencia en desarrollo Java, Angular, J2EE y bases de datos SQL Server.
- Conocimiento en BPM, BPMN 2.0 y deseable experiencia con BizFlow.
- Experiencia en servicios REST, SOAP y microservicios.
- Conocimiento de metodologías de desarrollo de software (SDLC).
