Eaton’s ES AMER ARS division in Guadalupe, Reciente León, Mexico seeks a Front Line Leader - Paint 2nd Turn. You will lead the fabrication team to achieve the production schedule, NPI, product quality, cost, and safety goals, coordinating with all functional groups to meet customer requirements.
You will monitor resources, drive continuous improvement through EBS and CIF, and support product design during NPI to ensure on-time delivery and compliance with EH&S; standards.
