Role: CyberArk Architect / PAM Architect

Location: Mexico City, Queretaro, Monterrey, and Guadalajara.

Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced CyberArk Architect to design, implement, and lead enterprise-grade Privileged Access Management (PAM) solutions using CyberArk. The idóneo candidate will have strong experience in CyberArk architecture, PAM strategy, privileged account management, security controls, enterprise integrations, and large-scale implementations.

The candidate will work closely with Cybersecurity, IAM, Infrastructure, Cloud, Application, and Compliance teams to define secure and scalable privileged-access solutions aligned with organizational security standards and industry best practices.

Key Responsibilities

Design and define enterprise CyberArk/PAM architecture , including solution components, integrations, security controls, scalability, and high availability.

Develop CyberArk solution architecture covering Digital Vault, PVWA, CPM, PSM, PTA , and related PAM capabilities.

Define architecture and implementation strategies for privileged accounts, service accounts, application accounts, and non-human identities .

Design and implement Safe structures, platforms, access policies, RBAC, authentication mechanisms, and privileged-access workflows .

Lead onboarding and migration strategies for privileged accounts across Windows, Linux/Unix, databases, network devices, applications, and cloud platforms .

Design automated password management, credential rotation, reconciliation, and account lifecycle processes using CyberArk CPM and related components.

Architect Privileged Session Management (PSM) solutions, including session monitoring, recording, isolation,



and controlled access to target systems.

Integrate CyberArk with enterprise technologies such as Active Directory/LDAP, MFA, SIEM, ITSM/ticketing platforms, monitoring solutions, and security tools .

Design CyberArk integrations with cloud and hybrid environments , including privileged access requirements for modern infrastructure.

Define High Availability (HA), Disaster Recovery (DR), backup, recovery, and business-continuity architecture for CyberArk environments.

Develop and maintain architecture diagrams, solution designs, technical specifications, standards, and implementation documentation.

Provide technical leadership during CyberArk implementations, upgrades, migrations, and environment expansions .

Troubleshoot and provide architectural guidance for complex issues involving authentication, connectivity, password rotation, account onboarding, PSM sessions, and Vault-related components.

Drive automation using CyberArk REST APIs, PowerShell, scripting, and other automation technologies to improve PAM operational efficiency.

Establish and enforce PAM security standards, architectural patterns, and best practices .

Collaborate with security and compliance teams to support audit, regulatory, and privileged-access governance requirements .

Perform technical assessments of existing PAM environments and recommend improvements for security, scalability, performance, and operational efficiency .

Mentor CyberArk engineers and administrators and provide technical direction for PAM implementation and operations teams.

Required Skills & Experience

8–12+ years of experience in Cybersecurity, IAM, PAM, or infrastructure security, with significant hands‑on experience with CyberArk .
