Job Description Soporte a los líderes en su administración presupuestal.
Da seguimiento periódico y es enlace con finanzas para mantener un buen control de gastos del área.
Asegura el control de gastos y la previsión financiera del área.
Compra y manejo de proveedores como apoyo para eventos y otras necesidades del área.
Solicita las cotizaciones, licitaciones, alineándose a las políticas de BD.
Generar órdenes de compra, dar seguimiento a la facturación.
Agiliza los procesos de compra con los proveedores.
Soporta en proceso de muestras.
Coordinación con los diferentes actores y principal punto de contacto con supply chain.
Tener mejor control y punto de contacto para agilizar los procesos.
Soporte para diseño y creación de presentaciones ejecutivas para Gerentes y Líderes de negocios (en inglés y español), así como llevar a cabo análisis de información y creación de métricas del área.
Manejo y seguimiento a proyectos del área.
Requisitos Licenciatura, con título en cualquier área económico- administrativa o del área de la salud.
Inglés avanzado.
Conocimiento en herramientas para uso de bases de datos, generación de dashboard como Power BI, Excel nivel intermedio, buena administración de tiempo, organización y sentido de urgencia.
