Maintains quality service by establishing and enforcing organization standards. Ensures operation of equipment by calling for repairs; evaluating new equipment and techniques, Maintain open lines of communication between employees, management and executives. Responsible for monitoring and ensure the closure of corrective actions and non-conformities of SGC of their own area. Conduct performance evaluations regularly to review the work of an employee and to ensure that the proposed objectives are met. Responsible for establishing the employee performance objectives, which must be performed in a certain timeframe.
