Motorola Solutions is seeking a Senior Recruiter to lead end-to-end recruitment across technical, engineering, and executive leadership pipelines in Latin America. This role partners with Engineering Directors and senior leaders to attract, headhunt, and select top talent in competitive markets.
The position is based at Motorola Solutions' Mexico City offices (Bosques de las Lomas) on a hybrid schedule, with regional scope across LATAM markets including Mexico, Colombia, Peru, and Argentina.
