Deel is hiring an HR Implementation Consultant to lead HR implementations, including data migration, for Deel’s HR products (HRIS, Engage, ATS, Workforce Planning and Compensation). You will ensure data is accurately transferred, systems configured, and the transition is seamless, collaborating with internal teams and clients throughout setup and migration.
You’ll guide clients through onboarding, provide training and ongoing support, and contribute to improved migration processes and product
