Sobre nuestro cliente International retail company. Descripción - Oversee and manage the organization's accounting and financial operations, ensuring accurate and timely monthly, quarterly, and annual closings.
- Ensure the proper recording of financial transactions, maintaining the integrity of accounting information and compliance with corporate policies.
- Supervise the preparation, review, and analysis of financial statements, including the Balance Sheet, Income Statement, and Cash Flow Statement.
- Ensure compliance with IFRS, as well as applicable tax and regulatory requirements.
- Coordinate internal and external audits, serving as the primary liaison with auditors and other key stakeholders.
- Strengthen the internal control environment through the implementation and continuous improvement of financial policies, procedures, and practices.
- Lead and develop the accounting team, fostering high performance, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
- Partner closely with finance and business teams to support decision-making through reliable financial information and timely analysis.
Perfil buscado - Bachelor's degree in Accounting.
- Advanced conversational English (non-negotiable).
- More than 8 years of progressive experience in accounting.
- At least 2 years of direct people management experience.
- Experience working within multinational organizations or environments with regional and international operations.
- Previous experience in an audit firm/Big Four environment will be considered a plus.
- Strong analytical skills, leadership capabilities, effective communication, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in dynamic environments.
