Do you have a clinical or nursing background and a strong eye for detail?
We’re looking for a Clinical QA Coordinator with experience in nursing, home health, clinical documentation, medical records, or healthcare QA.
This is a remote internal role where you’ll review clinical records, work with nursing staff, and make sure documentation is accurate, complete, and on time.
Healthcare or clinical experience is required.
What You’ll Do
- Review clinical records and documentation for accuracy and completeness.
- Follow up with nursing staff on missing or incorrect information.
- Manage documentation from receipt through completion.
- Perform chart audits, QA checks, and clinical data entry.
- Support nursing schedules and daily clinical operations.
- Track QA results and help improve documentation processes.
What You’ll Bring
- Experience in nursing, home health,
clinical documentation, medical records, or healthcare QA.
- Good understanding of clinical terminology and nursing documentation.
- Experience with EMR/EHR systems.
- U.S. healthcare experience is strongly preferred.
- RN/LPN/LVN experience is a strong plus.
- Excellent English and strong attention to detail.
- Highly organized with excellent follow-through.
- Spanish is a plus.
