Requirements
Bachelor's degree in International Business Relations or related field.
English proficiency at a C1 or C2 level.
As a Customer Service, you will be at the center of our customer experience, supporting U.S. Sales Team with accurate and timely order management. Your work will directly influence how quickly and effectively our customers receive the solutions they need.
You will help reduce escalations by maintaining proactive communication and ensuring issues are resolved before they become critical. Your attention to detail and responsiveness will strengthen trust between The Enterprise and our customers.
By combining your expertise with a service mindset, you will play a key Paper in delivering a seamless, reliable, and high-quality customer journey.
Responsibilities
Process customer orders accurately and on time to ensure smooth fulfillment and delivery.
Respond to inquiries on order status, pricing, and availability to support U.S. Sales Team decision-making.
Manage and resolve cases in ERP to deliver fast and effective solutions.
Execute transactions aligned with customer requirements and operational standards.
Collaborate with U.S. Sales Teams to align priorities and prevent escalations.
Skills
3 years of experience in customer service and data entry handling orders, calls, and email-based inquiries.
Fluent English communication skills (written and spoken).
Ability to work with systems such as SAP.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-focused mindset.
Self-starter with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
